Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ9:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (909) 792-8877. I was completely disappointed with the service. It was 9 PM, and my husband and I were quietly having dinner when the waitresses immediately came over to clear the large tables and stack the chairs on top; then they started cleaning and sweeping while we were still eating. I had to tell one of them to stop sweeping because we hadn't finished our meal yet, and there were other people there too. It was very unhygienic and unsanitary. The waitress, indignant at what I said, started speaking in her own language and making faces at me, so I had to speak to the manager. We lost our appetite and didn't want to keep eating. They should organize their cleaning routine and close off the area so they can clean without disturbing occupied tables.

β¦ and honestly i wasnt expecting much from a buffet in adelanto but this place surprised me. the food was pretty good for the price, especially the fried chicken and the mac and cheese which were both hot and fresh. the service was fine nothing special but the guy working the drink station was friendly enough. one thing though the dessert section could use some work, the cake tasted a little old and dry. i wish theyd keep the food rotated a little better becuase some trays looked like they had been sitting out too long. still, its definately one of the better spots in town if you just want a cheap meal.

Service is very attentive, yet isn't in your face. Giving you privacy to eat in peace. Selection wasn't huge, but the food that they do have is very flavorful. Would definitely recommend!

I can confidently say that Buffet Star in Redlands is one of the best Asian buffets Iβve visited so far. Compared to many buffets Iβve tried around San Bernardino, Redlands, and other places, this one stands out the most for its variety, quality, and attention to detail. β’ The food selection is very diverse: seafood, sushi, BBQ, noodles, and traditional sides. β’ They keep the food fresh, replacing trays quickly, which shows great attention and care. β’ The place is usually crowded, which reflects its popularity, yet they still manage to keep everything organized. β’ A unique highlight is the live noodle station, where you can choose your ingredients and have them cooked exactly the way you want. β’ The price is very reasonable at $26.99, considering the quality and variety offered. π Overall, I can say this is truly one of the best Asian and international buffets Iβve ever been to, and I highly recommend it. π Note (with all respect): It would be great to add yogurt to the menu, as itβs an important option for some guests.

Out of the few buffets like this I've been to in the surrounding cities this by far my favorite. Very neat clean organized, food is ready and abundant. The facility is in tol condition. The staff is very quiet and respectful almost invisible in a positive manner. They have lobster and crab legs here both I've not tried I'm not a fan but the but there is a variety of fresh sushi and tempura roll. Here they also have the Mongolian style dishes made from personally selected items. Also a great place to have a party at I've seen management arrange large groups here before.
